Sommerville is a 142 single-family-home neighborhood located in the Seaford area of southern York County, approximately four miles southeast of Route 17 in Grafton. We are just a short fifteen minute drive to historic Yorktown, Virginia.

Our children attend Seaford Elementary School, Yorktown Middle School, and York High School.

Seaford has its own post office and the Seaford Country Market, which caters to locals with fresh sandwiches and groceries. There are several local churches, and you can even hear the bells toll from the nearby Methodist church.
